Spedeworth / Incarace would like to make everyone aware that we had to take the unfortunate decision to cancel the event at Northampton International Shaleway on Saturday 16th March 2019.

Over the winter maintenance period the new drainage works have been installed but to achieve this the track surface had to be removed.

Since putting the shale back into place the current spell of bad weather with the amount of rain that has fallen at Northampton International Shaleway has meant the surface has not dried out sufficiently to allow work on the track surface to prepare the surface to race upon in a manner which would be fair on the drivers to race or any spectators to watch on Saturday.

Our thanks go out to all of the drivers, staff and spectators who were planning to support the event and hope that everyone understands that the event has been cancelled for the right reasons.

We have also spoken to Startrax following the weather across the country and on their behalf would advise if you are planning now to visit Stoke Raceway to check before travelling as there is the possibility that Startrax may have to cancel the event due to the weather conditions.
