The booking list for the two meetings this weekend certainly pre-empts a cracking weekend of racing ahead - and a busy one at that.
Birmingam will be starting 30 minutes earlier than the original advertised start time at 6pm, with two back to back heats of the National Mini Stox and then at 6.30pm the younger side of the F1 drivers will contest the 2012 Under 25's Championship kindly arranged by Dave Leonard - can World Champion Lee Fairhurst add another title to his name in 2012?
The V8 Hot Stox then take centre stage for their 2012 World Final which again promises some brutal action for hat Gold roof.
And all that before the 49 booked F1's take to the track for a vital National Points Shoot Out, sponsored by SCM.
Gates open at 2pm on Saturday, with paid practice available for all competitors.
Moving on to Northampton - another packed day of races with the Annual Nostalgia day, which includes another world Final - this time for the very popular Heritage F2's.
The F1 National Points Shoot Out Round 8 is sponsored by MVS VAN SALES and more superb F1 action looks on the cards at NIR!
A weekend not to be missed!
