Easter is fast approaching and this year Incarace are mixing Eggs and Banger Racing at all 3 Incarace Ovals.

The Bank Holiday under the Incarace Banner begins Saturday 30th March at Birmingham Wheels Raceway with the return of the Bride & Groom Bangers, which in 2013 are competing for a holiday to Tenerife over a 3 round series!

Round 1 rolls into Birmingham Easter Saturday (6.30pm Start Time) and a reminder to ALL drivers that each pairing has to compete in ALL 3 rounds to be in with a chance at the big holiday prize!

This will be the third consecutive year that the Bride & Groom Bangers will race at Incarace and if the last two years are any indication the racing will be lively with the ladies in the drivers seat for the heats and the men crashing through the meeting final will there be harmony or hysterics as the Wedding Wars Begin under the lights at Birmingham Wheels!

Incarace have a break from racing on Easter Sunday but on the Monday both Hednesford Hills Raceway & Pr1mo International (Northampton) roar into life each in each tracks own unique way! (Both Tracks have a 1.30pm Race Start Time.)

In the Hednesford bowl we see the return of the Big Van National Bangers after a year away in 2012 when the Vans moved to Birmingham Wheels. As part of the 50 Years celebrations the Vans return, as they have always been a special attraction on the Hednesford fixtures.

A reminder to all drivers that for this meeting the Big Van National Bangers will receive £50 start money per van and there will be an additional £25 prize up for grabs for the best presented van which will be determined the good old fashioned way by the cheer of the crowd as each driver gets to present his van to the crowd on the Grand Parade (1.15pm).

Each race will also carry a £30 Best Entertainer award with £100 available to the winner of the Destruction Derby!

Our third meeting at Incarace over Easter takes place at the newly sponsored Pr1mo International Raceway (Northampton) and on Monday 1st April we go Banger crazy with both Adults and Kids taking to the track.

For the second time this season the Bangers return to the Brafield Tarmac and after a wet but successful first meeting at the venue on Sunday 10th March it is all fingers crossed that the sun will shine for the drivers to show the crowd how Bangers smash, crash and bash around the historic venue.

At time of writing the Junior Bangers are days away from opening their Incarace season at our Birmingham Wheels venue on Saturday 23rd March. The booking list is looking superb for the first meeting for the Juniors and if those booking numbers are anything to go by then lets roll on to Monday 1st April to see the Juniors show off their Banger skills! Who knows even if the sun doesn’t shine the Juniors could out shine the adults?!?!?!

All 3 meetings also see support to the Bangers provided with a variety of forms of Short Oval Racing and have to be seen to be believed but in addition to all of the racing for 2013 at Hednesford Hills and Pr1mo International Incarace are brining back the Grand Parades for ALL formulas racing at each track respectively on Bank Holiday Meetings (1.15pm Grand Parades, 1.30pm Let’s Go Racing!).

For the first time at Incarace on a Bank Holiday prior to the start of the meetings from 12noon to 1pm we are offering Free Of Charge Pace Car Rides around the ovals on a first come first serve basis and for those adults who have secretly wanted a buzz around the short circuit ovals the rides are for both kids and adults!

At Hednesford Hills Raceway there will be 2 Pace Cars ready and waiting to take you for a ride. One Pace Car will offer the chance of a speedy few laps around the Hednesford 1/4mile whilst the second Pace Car will take you for a victory lap with trophies and flags flying high! The choice will be yours!

At Pr1mo International Raceway (Northampton) our Mercedes Pace Car will be ready and waiting to take you on the ride of your choice! See if you can spot your friends and family as you drive by!

Plans are well underway to have a Bank Holiday weekend of fun with racing, Pace Car Rides and competitions throughout the weekend with prizes for the winners and sweets for the kids there’s something for everybody at Incarace!
