It’s Monday 28th October 2013 and as promised Sponsor Number 7 is ready to be announced.

I am pleased to welcome back for another year Snap-On in association with Scott Warner to the list of sponsors for the 2013 Man Of The Midlands Championship.

Each of the races at Hednesford have already secured sponsors but Scott was adamant that he wanted to show his support to the Man Of The Midlands Championship along with Wulfsport, CHS, DH Videos, AC Fabrications, Chase Car Spares and Bee-Quick Signs & Graphics.

Therefore this years Championship will see a twist to the usual format.

As always the Man Of The Midlands Champion will be crowned in Race Number 2 for the Bangers (providing Heat 4 remains as 1 race subject to car numbers). The title and Wulfsports' prize will go to the first driver to take the chequered flag and the points that are scored in the 4 Heats will determine the starting grid.

Normally the points play no further part in the meeting but this year the points will continue to be scored in all races including the D.D. which take place at Hednesford Hills Raceway.

Snap-On’s sponsorship from Scott will be awarded to the overall points winner after the D.D. has taken place and the normal Man Of The Midlands points scoring system shall be used on Heat 4, Man Of The Midlands Championship Race, Grand National and the winner of the D.D. who will receive 106 points which could make a huge difference to which driver secures the Snap-On Prize!

The question is:- What is the Prize!?!?!?!

Scott has agreed to supply the Overall Points Winner with a voucher worth £200 which can be used on any merchandise or tools which are supplied by Scott himself.

This is a superb way to top off what is already a fantastic array of prizes worth racing for at this years Man Of The Midlands Championship!!

Bookings for Hednesford are being taken now & there are several ways to book-in for this event. We ask that you book-in as early as possible so we can advertise this fantastic event and give you the drivers the recognition you deserve as we countdown to Hednesford Hills Raceway on the 3rd November.

I would also like to add Incarace’s congratulations to 152 Dan Rigby who beat Trevor Perry by only 2 points to secure Chase Car Spares Sponsorship after Birmingham last Saturday! Dan has won a car which will be supplied by Daz Owen in the future.

Congratulations also have to go out to 90 Joey Holmes & 621 Alistair Camp who have also secured D.H. Videos sponsorship so far with their respective wins at Birmingham last Saturday.

At time of writing 47 Cars are currently booked in for Hednesford and word on the grape vine is this could be the best Man Of The Midlands Championship EVER!
