This weekend saw another Spedeworth driver take a title win whilst visiting another promotion, as 1300cc Stock Car ace #23 Lee Pearce took the 2024 British Championship - beating a huge field of drivers on the King’s Lynn shale.

Starting on the outside of the front row meant the driver who features on pretty much every Roll of Honour in the formula had to fend off what was a fiercely competitive field of competitors behind him. Using his experience to keep a cool head meant he crossed the line in first.

The formula are one of the most action-packed classes on the ovals, and we look forward to seeing more frantic racing from these armoured hatchbacks throughout 2024 - and we hope for more Spedeworth success as the season goes on!
