The clock is ticking down to the highly anticipated National Banger Head to Head between the Trackstar Mafia and Mildenhall Fen Tigers which takes place at King’s Lynn this Saturday 15 July (5.30pm start).

This event takes place over Micro Bangers, 2L Bangers and Unlimited Bangers and has been designed as a Summer Civil War on shale which has been requested by fans and drivers for years. There has been some slight changes to the teams but we are delighted that any driver who has had to cancel has been subbed with one of the drivers from the reserve list and we still have two full armies ready to do battle.

News has now been released on how points will be scored for this event – and with an announcement which is sure to set the action levels rocketing - only the race / destruction derby winners will score points for their team.

There is no point coming home second or rodding your way to a lower top ten place finish – if one of your team mates is not leading the race you will need to do what you can to make sure one of them is leading by the time the chequered flag falls or you will finish the race with a big fat zero for your team!

The heats will all have 100 points for the winner with the finals and destruction derby all being worth 200 points for the winner.
