On Saturday 29th December 2018 the Van Bangers return to Arlington Stadium, Eastbourne and this time it’s ‘Back To Basics’ rules.
Details for the Christmas holiday meeting are as follows:-
Racing rules will be as normal ‘Back To Basic’ rules with spinning to the infield in the heats with no follow-ins or t-bones permitted.
Vans can be a maximum size of a single wheel transit. You can use smaller car sized vans e.g. Astramax, Berlingo, Connect etc. Diesel or petrol allowed.
Build rules are to ‘Back To Basic’ specifications, seat belt bonnets, radiators in their original position etc. No moving or welding engines in. Only a four post cage if your van has a fibreglass roof.
