The month of August brings four meetings across our family of tracks with a new track appearing on the fixture list!!

We start at Birmingham Wheels Raceway on Saturday 10th August (6pm start) for the first tarmac outing of three this month. Birmingham has undergone some track repairs to the surface since the BriSCA F2’s were last at the venue and the events which have run on the track since have seen the improvement in the raceway.

CALLING ALL BriSCA F2 DRIVERS! Here comes a new track to try and tame. On Wednesday 14th August we have scheduled a meeting for the BriSCA F2’s at Arlington Stadium, Eastbourne! Better known by the locals as the paperclip oval, Arlington Stadium is a concrete surface with long straights and tight bends and is usually home to the Spedeworth Superstox who always put on a good show and remind people what stock car racing is all about. We invite the BriSCA F2’s to the southern venue to take centre stage and see which drivers are able to tame the paperclip and lift the trophies throughout the night. The facilities at the circuit are excellent. The covered grandstand is centrally heated and there is a licensed club house. Other facilities include hot dog/hamburger stalls, toilets (including disabled access) and a sponsors lounge. There is also grass banking /terracing around the bends. There is ample car parking available. The pits are situated within the trees along one side of the main stadium. The first race at Arlington Stadium is at 7.30pm with practice at 6.30pm. It’s a choice of two surfaces for the final outings within our family in August as on Saturday 24th August we are back to Birmingham Wheels Raceway for the tarmac fans and for the shale guys and girls it’s time to race at Mildenhall Stadium! Both events start at 5pm!
