It has become very apparent over the past few months that cars in various formulas are not complying to the weight restrictions within their respective rules. Up until now Spedeworth have been lenient with offending drivers but with immediate effect the following ruling will be applied to ALL FORMULAS;
Underweight Vehicle Bans
Car Underweight by: Banned From Racing For:
0.001kg – 1.0kg = 1 month
1.001kg – 2.0kg = 2 months
2.001kg – 3.0kg = 3 months
3.001kg & over = 6 months
The scales will be at most meetings, both Southern and East Anglia, also at some meetings Andy Crane has offered the use of his for the Rookie Rods, please get your car checked if possible. Most importantly the weights on Spedeworth scales will be the ones which matter.
