Report below as received from Polokwane Oval in South Africa on Saturday night's racing, and an away victory for the UK team with race wins for 31 Dick Hillard (2 wins), 331 Boxer Jack and 199 Scott Bourne!

It was a 3 way between the UK team, Polokwane's SA team and then the SA Barbarians Teams (mostly from Pretoria).

The UK won the night overall with 190 points, the SA Barbarians came second with 181 points and the Polokwane team 3rd with 127 points.

It was hard racing from all three teams, with some small crashes! All went good and clean until the final lap but in the the Finals with all 24 cars on the track it was very fast and no time for playing around, car 199 Scott Bourne from the UK was leading the race with team mate 331 Jason 'Boxer Jack' Jackson in second and car 21 Brandon Kruger 3rd with 304 Danny Fiske and 31 Dick Hillard right behind him.

It stayed this way for a few laps and than Danny tried to pass Brandon but their wheels locked and both went into the wall, Dick narrowly avoiding the accident, Brandon getting the most damages. All 3 had to go off the track, and after restarting the race, 199 Scott Bourne won with 342 Adam Heatrick (UK) 2nd after Boxer Jack's engine overheated and he had to retire, 034 Johan Vorster from Polokwane took 3rd.

All roads head back to Mahem Pretoria next Saturday 29th January for the SA v UK Team Final!
