Wheelspin readers have voted Stock Rod ace Stuart Smyth the Driver of the Year in our annual poll.

One of the longest serving drivers in the formula, Stuart has been top of the Spedeworth points virtually year in, year out, during the present decade, and his consistency, car preparation skills, and ability to win championship titles – his latest, the London Championship, came just a couple of weeks ago – are legendary, and Stuart is a worthy recipient of this fan-driven accolade.

In the two supporting categories, Jordan Aylward was declared Best Newcomer for his efforts in his first Superstox year, and Junior Rod driver Tyler Wilkin was voted top in Young Driver of the year.

Awards will be presented at a future race meeting.
