The winter racing season hits full throttle at Eastbourne with the return of the Winternationals, promising an action-packed evening of top-class short oval racing.
With driver bookings now closed, fans can expect full grids and fierce competition across four spectacular formulas:
1400cc Stock Cars
Always a fan favourite, the 1400s deliver close, hard-fought racing with plenty of wheel-to-wheel battles as drivers push for early-season bragging rights.
2.0 Hot Rods
Precision meets speed as the non-contact specialists take to the track. Expect lightning-fast lap times and tactical racing as drivers hunt for every inch of advantage.
Stock Rods
Renowned for their competitiveness, Stock Rods rarely disappoint. Tight racing, bold overtakes, and championship-level intensity are guaranteed.
Superstox
If it’s entertainment you’re after, Superstox deliver in spades. Big hits, sideways action, and dramatic racing will keep the crowd on the edge of their seats.

Get up-close-and-personal and see the whole track in front of you, meaning you can follow your favourite driver as they frantically race around the tight concrete oval - doing their best to stay out of the way of the thrills and spills which are part and parcel of oval motorsport!
Arlington Stadium is situated just 9 miles north of Eastbourne, and the 350-yard long concrete oval with slightly banked corners and an armco barrier is a real fan-favourite in the world of Spedeworth Motorsports. The close proximity of the catch fencing to the track fence certainly ensures that spectators are close to the action.
The venue has a covered grandstand as well as the bar/catering facilities which you’d expect, as well as. There is also grass banking/terracing around the bends to watch the racing from. There is ample car parking available.
Doors open around an hour before the advertised start time, which is also the time of the first race. For our more popular events on Bank Holiday Mondays and Wednesday nights we recommend that spectators arrive well before start time.

Tickets for this event can either be purchased in advance before the deadline, or on the day at the Turnstiles.

What time do gates open?
Stadium gates open at least 3 hours before start time for competitors and 1 hour before start time for spectators.
Can I take my own chairs in?
Yes, there is also a seated grandstand on the back straight charged at £1.00 per person.
Can I take my own food and drink in?
Yes. Catering facilities are also available on site.
What time does it start and finish?
The advertised time is the first race. We can't give an exact finish time, but events last around 3 hours on average depending on track clearance.
Can I go in the pits?
Yes. Pit access wristbands are charged at £2.00 per person and can be purchased once through the turnstiles to the left of the start/finish line.
