Often outdoing the adults when it comes to action-packed racing, the Junior Bangers are a formula for the stars of the future to try their hand at contact racing...

Only light contact is allowed, but this allows the youngsters to nudge and spin each other out of the way on their route to the flag!

Cars are limited on size, with the humble Nissan Micra becoming a popular choice for these drivers - who it's easy to forget are still in school.

Junior Bangers have created many big names who have gone on to hold their own in adult classes - with some taking on the 'old guard' at the infamous Civil War, Unlimited Banger World Series and plenty more besides...

Drivers can race in this formula from their 11th birthday up until the day before their 16th birthday.

The Junior Bangers race at both Spedeworth & Incarace raceways across the UK.
