Arrangements have been put into place for the Double World Final Weekend to allow early entry into the Stadium on Friday late afternoon/evening.

We will be opening the gates around 4pm on Friday, but we would request that you do not arrive on site before this time due to the potential disruption it will cause at the local Infant/Junior School which is actually on the approach road to the Stadium. The kids leave the school each day between 3.10 and 3.30pm so the approach road becomes blocked with parents cars at this time each day.

All vehicles will be accepted through the Main Gate as we are not opening the Competitor Gate on Friday. You will initially be required to queue around the roadways of the outer car park to relieve any possible queue on the approach road itself.

The gates will remain open until around 10pm.

If you are planning to arrive later than this, then you should arrange to park up elsewhere rather than come to the Stadium as it is against Council rules to park or camp overnight on the outer car park.

The gates will open on Saturday morning at 8am. Our entry system on Saturday will be like a normal race meeting where competitors will accepted at the Competitor gate and all other vehicles through the main gate.

PLEASE NOTE THAT OVERNIGHT PARKING OR CAMPING IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE CAR PARK.

The gates will open at 9am on Sunday.

It is vitally important to the future of the Raceway that everyone keeps to the above rules.
