The popular Back to Basic FIESTA FRENZY Banger event returns to Hednesford Hills Raceway this coming Easter Bank Holiday Monday and we are proud to announce the continued sponsorship of the event by Darren Owen of Chase Metal Recycling.

In addition to the big money prizes totalling £1,000 for the event, Chase Metal Recycling have confirmed a large trophy budget as follows;

The FIESTA FRENZY is the first of five of these special events at Hednesford Hills Raceway in 2018.

Spring Bank Holiday Monday on May 28th sees an all French day with the "Français Frénésie" event, and then on June 24th along with Veterans Day and the Bill Morris Memorial trophy for the Classic Hot Rods, we will be celebrating 50 years of the Ford Escort with Back to Basic Escort Bangers.

Keeping with Ford, August Bank Holiday Monday will see the place full of Ford Focus cars, incredibly celebrating 30 years of the iconic car with the 'Ford Focus Fandango'.

And finally, not to be outdone, the Vauxhall Astra will have it's turn (celebrating 40 years) on Sunday 23rd September at the Vauxhall Astravaganza!

Darren has today agreed further sponsorship of a car per meeting for the next in the series of events.

All of the Trophy winners from the day as noted above will take part in an end of meeting draw with the winner taking home a car for the next event - a cracking prize for the luck prize draw winner!
