MASCAR Managing Director Steve Stanford is recovering well following a serious industrial accident when he was crushed by a fork lift truck.
Steve was airlifted to the Queen Elizabeth hospital on Wednesday 11th July suffering multiple injuries including a broken sternum and punctured lung.
Steve is making a miraculous recovery and even left hospital today (Friday 20th), just 9 days after the horrific accident.
We wish Steve the very best for a speedy recovery and understand that he is even planning to attend the meeting at Wheels on Saturday 21st to support the formula that he has taken to new heights in that last couple of years since taking the helm.
