The 2019 season is already underway and over the coming weeks more of our raceways awaken from the winter slumber to bring another year of racing too life.

The winter period provides us with an opportunity not only work on the raceways ready for another season but also the ‘behind the scenes’ elements of the events we intend to run throughout the year.

One of these updates is an upgrade to our advanced ticketing system for 2019.

In previous years for our weekend meetings like Spedeweekend and a few other events including the Unlimited National Banger World Final we have offered the opportunity to purchase tickets in advance for the events.

2019 brings the system another stage further by introducing E-Tickets which will gradually be introduced over the coming months to the majority of our race events over the season starting with the Season Opener at Aldershot Raceway on Sunday 10th February which features the Unlimited National Bangers (BWS Round 1), Junior Bangers and UK Barn Finds Historic Stock Cars.

This is how it all works…..

On the homepage of our websites there will be an icon the same as shown with this news item. Simply click on the icon and you will be re-directed to our advanced ticket website or click on the link below.

Once there select the E-TICKET menu from the top tool bar. A dropdown menu will appear showing the tracks which currently have E-Tickets available.

Select your track then the date of the event you wish to attend from the MORE CATEGORIES menu.

Next add to your cart the E-Ticket(s) you require then follow the purchasing process.

Complete the purchasing process and don’t forget to include a mobile telephone number and an email address so you are able to receive your E-Ticket information.

That’s it!

Once the checkout is complete the system will send you automated emails followed by the email confirmation that will detail your E-Ticket code and what to do next.

E-Ticket sales will be available for events (subject to the event permitting E-Tickets) in advance upto the following advanced ticket closure times:-

Saturday or Sunday Race Events:- E-Ticket sales close at 1pm on the Friday prior to the event.

Mid-week Race Events:- E-Ticket sales close at 5pm the day prior to the event e.g. If the event is on a Wednesday the E-Ticket sales will close at 5pm on Tuesday.

Bank Holiday Events:- E-Ticket sales close at 1pm on the Friday prior to the event. Please note – Good Friday ticket sales (if applicable) will close at 1pm on the Thursday of that week.

So to recap, the E-Ticketing system is online now for our season opener at Aldershot Raceway so E-Tickets can be purchased in advance for this event and more E-Ticket events will be coming online very soon so please check the website for when the tickets go live!
