The final 2013 INCAROD rules are now online.

I am happy to say that most drivers have been very supportive of the change in terms of Incarods and Hot Fords – I am sure that most, if not all, understand the reasons behind the change.

Following the draft rules announced on 30th November, we have listened carefully to all of the communication received regarding the new rules and after some final consultation with weight results from the New Years Day meeting at Wheels, we have now made a final decision on the rules for 2013.

We have now modified the rules to a minimum weight of 700KG and also modified the inside weight to a maximum of 52%. This has been a difficult decision and hopefully, will prove to be the correct one, but, we must state that we will be keeping a close eye on the performances of the cars and if the two sets of cars are far apart, then we will reserve the right to modify the weight rules in the future.

So, onward and upward drivers – you have the rules now and can progress with what you need to do to prepare your car for 2013.
