It is with great sadness and regret that we have to report the passing of Team Fatman himself, Dean Perry.

Following a tragic, work related accident where he suffered massive injuries a couple of weeks ago, he never regained consciousness and the injuries suffered were too serious for his body to cope, and sadly he passed away last week.

His brother Carl, nephews Trevor and Wayne were almost inseparable at race meetings, with Dean doing all the organising in the guise of Team Fatman and the others enjoying their racing so much.

We wish all of his family our best regards and condolences for this sad loss.

We will also be looking to fixture a memorial race in Dean's name, later this year.

Funeral arrangement have yet to be finalised; we will post on here full details when we know.
