This coming Wednesday Night (7th August) the Bangers Super Summer Series Grand Final comes to an end with the Banger Final that night been the conclusion of the series after 2 points scoring heats before which are added to the previous 2 meetings points which will determine the grid for the Grand Final Race.

ALL cars are eligible for the Bangers Super Summer Series Grand Final Race but the more points scored means the higher up the grid you will be!!

The first round at Hednesford was a great success with new drivers coming to race on the unique 1/4mile who have never been before and the Bangers didn’t disappoint on that day with action all the way!

The second round was held last Wednesday at Pr1mo International Raceway, Northampton at the 1st of Incarace’s 4 Wednesday night meetings this summer. The Bangers were joined by the Mini Stox and BriSCA F2 Stock Cars and the meeting could only be commented on as superb. A previous news item gives more details.

We move onto this Wednesday night (7th August) and here is some info for all Banger drivers planning to attend:-

Pits Open at 5.30pm

Scrutineering Starts at 5.45pm

Racing commences at 7.30pm with the first Banger race planned to start at 8pm approx.

Racing finish time is 10pm

Like at Pr1mo International last Wednesday we only have 2 ½ hours to run the meeting and we ask for all drivers to co-operate with been ready to race. The races are quick turnaround and if you need extra repair time please inform the pit marshal ASAP and if possible we will do our best to give you the time.
