The 2014 Civil War at Hednesford Hills Raceway is right around the corner with the first race at 1pm on Sunday 12th January.

Below is all the information you need if you are a driver racing for either the North or South.

• Approach road gate will open at 7.30am.

• Drivers Gate will open at 9am.

• All drivers MUST have arrived at the Stadium by 11.30am please.

• Northern Army are in the top pits (nearest the track).

• Southern Army are in the bottom pits (nearest the turnstiles).

• All drivers must enter the stadium via the Drivers Gate and sign-on at that gate. If you require at Day Licence form you will be issued with a form when you sign-in.

• If you have had a Day Licence you need to complete the form and take the form to Race Control (Top Level) where you will then be issued with a Scrutineering Slip.

• Scrutineering will start at 9.30am. The Scrutineers will come round to you.

• Please remember that there can be NO ENGINE NOISE before 12noon.

• Mandatory Drivers Briefing will take place on the Figure of 8 for BOTH armies at 12noon where you MUST sign to say you’ve attended and receive your wristband which will allow you to enter the track to race.

• At the completion of the Drivers Briefing if you are racing in the first race of the meeting you will be asked to return to your cars to get ready.

• All other drivers are requested to go to the waiting Hiab Lorries underneath Race Control and prepare for the Grand Parade.

• The Grand Parade will take place at 12.40pm for both armies.

• First race will be lined up on track at 12.50pm ready for first race at 1pm.
