On Sunday 23rd March 2014 Hednesford Hills Raceway opens it’s gates for another full season of short oval racing on the 1/4mile unique banked oval.

The title event at the Hednesford season opener as always is the Spring Classic for the National Bangers . This year the Spring Classic returns to it’s roots with the National Bangers returning to the Unlimited class.

Following positive support from the drivers who attended a drivers meeting at Hednesford Hills Raceway back in 2013 the decision was made during fixture planning to make the Spring Classic an Unlimited meeting but also to add a £1000 prize fund to the meeting!

The details of how the £1000 prize fund will be allocated will be announced closer to the date of the meeting.

In addition to the Unlimited National Bangers the 2ltr Hot Rods, Classic Hot Rods and ORCi Ministox will be there providing their own forms of racing excellence at high speed around the Hednesford Hills Oval.
