Following an ORCi Promoters meeting to finalise the 2015 National Banger construction rules, Promoters would like to pre-announce two changes :
From 1st March 2015, Chrysler Imperial Chassied cars cannot be used.
Also from 1st March 2015, the Toyota Previa will be re-introduced, but when used the car must run a radiator (fitted in its original position) rather than a water tank and the rear end must be lowered down to an average 16” bumper height.
The final details of 2015 National Banger specifications are being worked upon and will be published within the next two weeks. The new rules will come into force from 1st March 2015.
