We are saddened to announce the passing of David Miles Snr, one of the stars of the Spedeworth Superstox in the early days of the formula. David certainly had plenty of great stories from this era of racing and will be missed.
Part of a true racing family, David Snr alongside David Jnr, will also be known for Safari Engineering - a name synonymous with the class as a long time sponsor of the open-wheelers and Aldershot Raceway.
Our condolences go to the family and friends of this true gent. RIP.
