Spedeworth / Incarace are pleased to announce a new practice date at Aldershot Raceway thanks to the success of the two events held last weekend.
We would like to start off by saying thank you to everyone who attended last weekend for their co-operation with the new rules in effect regarding the Covid-19 situation. Everyone played their part in making the event a safe environment to be involved in whilst the practices were in operation.
The next practice date is now scheduled for Sunday 21st June 2020 and will be run in conjunction with the ORCi & government Covid-19 guidelines as before.
The event will be scheduled to start at 10am. This will be confirmed via the website when the running order is published on the Thursday evening prior to the event plus any additional or alterations of information will be announced at the same time.
Cost
The price for practice will again be £50.00 per driver and must be paid in advance. PLEASE NOTE:- Car sharing is NOT permitted due to COVID-19 rules at these practice sessions.
Booking Information
Bookings open at 9.30am on Monday 15th June 2020.
All bookings MUST be made and paid for in advance by 4pm on Thursday 18th June 2020. Bookings will be accepted on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis. Before contacting us to book-in please ensure you read and agree to the file which is accessible via the link below. Once your payment has been processed this acts as your agreement and there will be no refunds.

Attendance & PPE
At the practice session it will be strictly Driver + 1 mechanic.
NO OTHER PERSONS WILL BE PERMITTED ENTRANCE INTO THE STADIUM. NO SPECTATORS ARE PERMITTED.
All drivers and mechanics will be required to supply their own racing PPE as normal plus a face mask and disposable hygienic gloves which must be worn at all times once within the stadium except in the case of the driver when you have your racing PPE on to practice.
Pit Parking
On arrival at the raceway you will be required to queue on the road outside the pit gate entrance until instructed to enter the stadium. Formulas who use race receivers need to set your race receiver to channel 952. Please do this so the pit marshal can speak to you and guide you via your race receiver where to park. Non-race receiver formulas please follow the verbal and hand signals of the pit marshal. All transporters will be required to park whilst leaving a ‘cars’ gap between each other. REMEMBER THAT YOU MUST BE WEARING YOUR FACE MASK AND DISPOSABLE HYGENIC GLOVES BEFORE ENTERING THE STADIUM.
Social Distancing
Maintain a minimum of 2 meters social distancing.
Toilets
Toilets will be provided but social distancing must be maintained whilst queuing to use the facilities.
Exiting the Stadium
Please exit the stadium via the pit gate you entered through.
