• Drivers and crew members MUST provide their own face coverings for the event and these MUST be worn throughout the event. They MUST cover the nose and mouth and be fitted before entering the stadium.
• Any driver who brings a licence application with them will submit the form into a quarantine box at the pit office which will be secured for 72hrs.
• Temp/day drivers will be required to make payment on the day. WHO guidance indicates that there is limited evidence to confirm or deny whether COVID-19 can be transmitted through notes or coins.
• Drivers to arrive at track and wait on the pit lane until instructed to proceed, parking in a considerate manner until instructed to enter the pits.
• Travel to pit area as instructed by the pit marshal. No space saving will be allowed. Transporters must be parked in a manner to maintain a minimum distance of 2 metres between each one as instructed.
• Follow instructions given, Communication will be undertaken verbally using social distancing guidelines and supported via a raceciever set to channel 952 (Frequency 461.8875) where appropriate, it would assist to have this in before entering the stadium.
• Entry and exit to the track will always be in the direction of racing, even after the session.
• Should you breakdown on track and require assistance, you must remain in your car until the track is made safe, a recovery vehicle will attend and communicate to you verbally using social distancing guidelines and supported via your raceciever. You must NOT try to take control of the situation yourself.

• This event is a race meeting and normal rules of racing will apply.
• Each driver and crew member must create and police their own social bubble when within the perimeter of the venue. Should more than one vehicle arrive on the same transporter (I.E, 2 cars) then that bubble may extend to those crew members associated with both cars.
• Maintain a social minimum distance of 2 metres at all times, unless it’s not possible (i.e. – when repairing a car) On the occasions where the 2-metre rule is unachievable then a 1 metre plus PPE MUST be adhered too. This is mandatory.
• The car must be presented for scrutineering with the bonnet removed and helmet, etc on the top of the car, the driver will then move away from the car to allow the scrutineer to undertake their task whilst maintaining a social distance.
• Repairs to cars must be undertaken by the named crew members of the driver and there will be strictly NO interaction with other teams/drivers (you must remain in your own social bubble).
• NO borrowing or loaning of parts will be permitted as there would have to enter someone else’s bubble.
• When crew members are spectating, you must maintain a minimum social distance of 2 metres (there is no reason to be at 1 metre plus).
• Once the event has been completed please leave the stadium following the one-way system as directed by the track staff.

• There will be no refunds for short or cancelled sessions unless by the promoter prior to the event.
• A water point will be provided, and this must be used in a manner where social distancing is always adhered to). A suitable supply of hand sanitiser must be made available at these points.
• Trophy presentation will take place under social distancing rules and the winner of the race once instructed will get out of there car and take a trophy from the centre stage and return to their car for a presentation/photograph/interview.
