Brandon Osborn goes out in a tussle with 986 Sophie Fasey but a waved yellow brings him back into the running, now it's a red flag so a complete restart. Sure enough 198 comes through to win with a lunge on 108 Mark Cooper on the penultimate bend, 136 Ryan Polley repeats the trick on 108.

Wayne Farrer takes the flag on the road but took a black cross during the race and gets docked two places, so 340 Clint Brazier takes the win, Brazier took 2 wins here last time too.

Heat 2 - 339 Ben Furness, 781, 314, 633, 452, 616, 730, 503, 526, 370.

The first race winner 340 is missing for this one and Ben Furness holds off a late challenge from 781 Neil Wollington to take the 2nd heat.

Final - 633 Spud Gamble, 781 Neil Wollington, 314 Wayne Farrer, 616, 526, 503, 398, 339, 370, 388.

Again 314 is first across the line but is docked for an incident where 339 went out. 633 Spud Gamble takes the win.

Incarace draw - Pole on race 1 is 11 Alex Crane alongside 30 Martin Codling.....11 away into the lead but there's.a big meeting with the fence for 77 Andrew Owen causing a stoppage. 543 and 88 excluded from the restart, we've also lost 39, 75 and 302.

11 goes missing on the rolling lap so it's 304 Danny Fiske who's away in the lead from 537 and 565 and he takes a comfortable win.

Heat 2 - 7 Collin Moss, 29, 8, 43, 75, 72, 306, 302, 543, 88.

Reverse grid for heat 2, 29 Duane Peacock the early leader but 7 Collin Moss takes over, then 96 Kevin Randell hits the fence bringing out the waved yellows. Last 2 laps for the restart and Moss holds on for the win.

English Championship - 43 Paul Wright, 8 Damon Wellman, 306 Will Reed, 7, 72, 75, 537, 30, 565, 88.

The grid for the English sees 43 Paul Wright & defending champion 304 Danny Fiske, row two 8 Damon Wellman & 537 Billy Clarke, row 3 7 Collin Moss & 72 Gary Goodswen.

43 Paul Wright is the new English Champion, subject to post race scrutineering. He got the drop on 304 on the green flag and never looked like being caught. 7 and 75 are both docked two places for contact.

23 cars for heat 2, an early rollover for 741 Matthew Gill brings out the red flags. It's 867 Richard Frost who doesn't have any mishaps this time and takes the flag, and celebrates by giving his trophy to a youngster in the crowd.

19 starters....early red flags with a few in the fence and a fire under the 771 bonnet! Complete restart and 529 takes a good full contact win to end another good session! Also a mention for 414 Jimmy Craig in his first outing with the adults as he didn't look overawed at all!!
