Mike Loosemore takes first blood in the National Hot Rods as Terry Hunn is docked two places by the steward having crossed the line in first place!

Terry Hunn redeems himself following his misdemeanor in heat one to take victory in heat two.

Heat Three (2/3 cars)

In the battle between 60, 72, 95 & 174 for the final spot in group one it is Mark Paffey who really takes the initiative as he takes second place behind lady racer Sam Holland in heat three after 174 is docked two places! Malcolm Blackman also falls foul of the steward but is currently back on top of the points. All to play for in the upcoming meeting final!

Final

74 James O'Shea, 348 Shane Brereton, 95 Gavin Murray, 10, 116, 303, 209, 92, 39, 174.

A wet race for the final bit that doesn't stop Irishman James O Shea from taking victory in a hard fought contest. Shane Brereton came home second and celebrated by hitting the wall after the race - he is ok. A great drive sees Gavin Murray net third on a good day's National Hot Rod racing.

Current National Points leader Lee Pearce fights his way through from the back of the grid to take the first heat.

British Champion Pete Beldom takes victory in heat two in the 686 machine.

Sam Rigby takes a hard earned win in the meeting final for 1300 stock cars and that will shoot him up the Spedeworth Motorsports Series points chart. A good day's racing from the 1300 Stock Cars!

As the track remains damp it is Robin Bath who takes victory in MASCAR heat two.

Final
