In an all contact evening, the Junior Bangers make their track debut and the 2L Stock Cars compete in round 6 of the Wealden Services Series!
The meeting began with a minutes applause in memory of saloon driver Steve Newman.

A hectic race to kick off the evening saw a rollover for 160 Joe Reynolds! Jack Grandon took a fine win in a race of attrition.
Heat Two

In a shortened race punctuated by rollovers for 137 Dryden and 84 Angell, it was top Ministox racer Brandon Osborne who took the win.

The race saw a mega pile up involving half the field! From the restart it was clear that 160 Reynolds was in a mischievous mood as he put paid to 155 Madgwick's chances of victory. 198 Osborne takes another win as only two cars finish!

Alan Hunt takes a fine win in a race whose highlight was an excellent train on the pit bend featuring 84 Jerry Ansell and a couple of Bears amongst others!

Another hard and heavy race was stopped as 730 Mayes found himself facing oncoming traffic with only three wheels on his wagon. The race got underway again but was brought to a halt when 626 Bramley was hit hard on the home straight. The race settled down with double world champion 27 Dale Hughes making great progress to head the field. 260 Reynolds fired 190 Bailey into the pit bend and accepted the invitation from 190 to hit him head on soon after as Hughes crossed the line to take the win!

In a race cut short due to a rollover for 421 Riley, it is Lee Hughes who takes the win in another hard and fast race; the highlight of which was a mega pile up on the home straight!

The Hughes boys take a dominant 1-2 as Dale beats brother Lee for the win in a fast paced race!

A DD was squeezed in to send the fans home happy! The highlight of the action was a jacking train on the hone straight. 456 Roberts takes the win.
2L Stock Cars
Heat One

A fast and furious race saw Phil Hampton take advantage of his yellow grade starting position to gain an early lead that he would not give up. 120 Craig Rose had made good progress to get himself into second place until he comes a cropper in a clash with 44 Garry Dee.

556 Hampton secures a return to blue grade for tonight's meeting final as he takes an easy win in heat two.

Double heat winner Hampton fell victim to a broken front-end early in the race. 532 Davis Jnr eventually overhauled 492 Browne for the lead and won comfortably on a good night's stock car racing.
