1300cc Stock Cars

Heat 1 - 686 Pete Beldom, 392, 363, 42, 371, 385, 181.

The 1300cc Stock Cars get us under way with 363 Mark Skoyles leading for most of the way, but 686 Pete Beldom finds a way past, 363 coming back at him but Beldom holds on to win with 392 Julian Smith passing 363 on the final lap for 2nd.

A couple of extra cars for the second race but the same result with Pete Beldom forcing 363 Mark Skoyles wide on the last lap to win.

Final - 392 Julian Smith, 686 Pete Beldom, 385 Kevin Thurlow, 371, 42, 653, NOF.

Superstox

English Championship - 51 Colin Aylward, 540 Brett Wesbroom, 186 Todd Jones, 515, 167, 163, 176, 23, 482, 483.

The grid has been drawn on track for the English, and it's defending champion 540 Brett Wesbroom who darws pole! Following his rollover and race win last week 24 Ben Styles is alongside 540, with Yarmouth's most successful driver this year 69 Shaun Brooker on grid 8, right at the back grid 18 is 161 Billy Smith with 482 Jason Cooper in front of him. An early crash on the pits turn catches around 10 cars out though most get going again but 17 and 69 both retire, leader 612 Garry Sparkes pulls off with possible diff problems joining 161 and 376 on the infield, handing the lead to 51 Colin Aylward who is well clear to take the win and the English Championship, subject to scrutineering, Wesbroom defending with a 2nd place.

A good battle between the lower grades in the first heat, 515 taking the win after 163 Tom Naughton span out having held on for most of the race! So it's the Aylward family dominant so far in terms of the chequered flag!

Heat 2 - 482 Jason Cooper, 515 Jordan Aylward, 369 Paul Langridge, 176, 540, 163, 161, 483, 167, 186.

A stoppage on lap 2 with a broken wire and 186 and 376 in the fence, from the restart Jason Cooper battles through to take the win!

Rookie Rods

14 cars for heat 1 and a drawn grid ahead of the £100 winner-takes-all Final later, 650 George Fitkin pulls away from front row outside to take a comfortable win!

Ed Kennett takes the 2nd heat for the Rookie Rods and with his 5th place in the first heat it looks like he will be on pole for the Final and the dash for £100!
