Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation within the UK and the possible delay in the lifting of the current COVID-19 restrictions by the government we have made the difficult decision to postpone the 2021 Spedeweekend which was scheduled to take place at Foxhall Heath Stadium, Ipswich over the weekend of the 3rd & 4th July.

We have delayed in making this decision in the hope of the upcoming government legislation being released earlier so we would be able to work with the local authority and welcome Spedeweekend back to Foxhall Heath Stadium.

The government legislation is used by companies and local authorities in advance of the date the government publicly release as ‘the lifting of restrictions’ date to allow businesses to prepare for the new circumstances.

Unfortunately, the government have not yet released the updated legislation so we are unable to continue planning the event at present.

A new date for Spedeweekend is currently being organised but cannot be released at this time as we do not want to release a date for it to be changed again.

Whilst we appreciate this news is frustrating for everyone, please do not call our head office to ask if there is anymore information or for the new date as no more information can be released at this time.

Once we are able to confirm the new date for the 2021 Spedeweekend the information will be released on the website.
